Before buying, please note the following:

GRIMM'S are natural wooden toys which are hand finished with non-toxic and water-based stains. 

They might come with Natural Wood stains, grains, streaks, uneven wood colours, holes, rough finishes (which can be easily sand down), not symmetrical, thickness difference of different pieces and even burnt-look-alike markings which are unique wood characteristics. 

Rest assured that these are not defects. 

We recommend buying only if you are comfortable with these Natural Wood characteristics as we are unable to do any exchange or refund in such cases. We will only be able to refund or exchange in the case if there is - cracks, chips or splinter.
